13. Product Use & Care

KANERIX products should only be used for their intended purpose and according to applicable product specifications, care instructions, warnings, and recommendations.

Tabletop Ornaments & Snow Globes

• Handle items with care to help prevent crystal glass breakage, chips, or cracks.

• Always lift and carry snow globes and statues by their solid, sturdy main base rather than grasping thin glass domes or top figurines.

• Place products on flat, stable, and level surfaces away from table edges.

• Avoid unnecessary impacts, drops, or exposure to harsh weather (unless explicitly rated for outdoor use).

• Dust gently with a dry, soft microfiber cloth; avoid harsh chemical cleansers or immersing electronic bases in water.

Power & Electronics

• Use recommended battery types (e.g., AAA/AA) observing correct +/- polarity, or use approved power adapters and USB cables.

• Turn off illuminated displays or utilize built-in timer functions when not in use.

• Do not attempt to force, disassemble, or modify internal motors, music boxes, or electrical wiring.

14. Temperature, Microwave & Dishwasher Use

KANERIX decorative items, snow globes, and glass cloches are NOT suitable for:

• Microwave use

• Dishwasher cleaning

• Oven or stove heating

• Direct flame exposure

• Extreme or sudden temperature changes

Keep products away from direct heat sources, open flames, prolonged direct sunlight, and freezing environments to protect liquid snow globe clarity and resin finishes.

15. Product Measurements & Natural Variations

Measurements and dimensions displayed on kanerix.com are provided as useful product references.

Small variations may occur because of:

• Artisan manufacturing and hand-painting methods

• Measurement techniques

• Natural material characteristics (crystal glass clarity, resin texture)

• Production batch differences

Products featuring hand-painted details or natural glass crafting may not be completely identical from one item to another. These reasonable artisan variations do not indicate a defect.

16. Product Warranty

Eligible KANERIX products include our 90-Day Limited Warranty as described in our Product Support & 90-Day Limited Warranty policy.

Where applicable, the warranty period, coverage, exclusions, and claim process are detailed in that policy. Any voluntary warranty is separate from statutory consumer rights. Nothing in our warranty provisions is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
